If you requested Priority Mail Shipping you will not be able to track the package.
1. You
can track your package two business days after
you placed your order .
(not counting
weekends and holidays - since we do not work those days). Normally orders are shipped the
next day,
but it can sometimes takes a day or two for the tracking number to be
available.
2. Simply
enter the following information:
Call UPS at 1 800 742-5877
If you ordered over the internet and provided an email address, the UPS tracking information and scheduled delivery date will be sent to you by UPS.
(Please allow 2 business days to receive your email from UPS)
Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for the UPS delivery Person as to where to leave it,(maybe at a neighbors house if you do not want to leave it outside). Because some drivers will leave at your front porch.
If you need to make other arrangements about how to pick up your package call UPS at 1 800 742-5877.
If they do not leave it UPS will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us.
